These activities are framed by morning Tandave practice and a deep dive into Darkness meditation.
Different nourishing restorative practices are weaved throughout the week allowing time for digestion and integration of what arises.

This retreat is an inner dive, opening to deeper layers of our creative power, integrating the essential aspects of who we are. The experience is profound, playful, and deeply rejuvenating. We’ll be meeting the darkness as a source of inspiration and dancing in the light of our wholeness.
Daily Inquiry
WOMEN WHO SEE IN THE DARK brings a daily focus on the relationship between masculine and feminine energetic qualities inside of us and so often alienated from each other. This program brings a novel and powerful approach to these aspects, and invites creative collaboration between women.
These gatherings deepen heart and soul alignment to share a new vision of embodiment and resources. We focus on activating the flow of life force throughout the physical, emotional and energetic bodies, expressed in the polarities of male and female archetypes.
Each day centers around a core question, an inquiry that leads to deep reflections and is answered through an expressive process - poems, theater, touch, dance, painting and/or songs… These daily activities are framed by a morning practice with Tandava – Tantra Yoga, and evening Darkness Meditation.
This retreat centers around full body aliveness, emotional fluidity,
creative power,
and energetic integration of body-heart-soul.
Often, being strong and independent disguises desire and pain, fear and competition, under the mask of auto-sufficiency. In truth, emotional values are not recognized, and vulnerability is hidden behind the need to prove strength.
We have observed that collectively women have internalized
masculine qualities in a distorted way – through force, ambition, fight, comparison etc…
This historical evolution has led to
a superficial women’s “independence".

We have limited spots to ensure you’ll get personal attention as we look into the dark, the unknown and embrace intuition.
We will gather at a wonderful venue in Greece, just one hour from the airport, surrounded by nature! We'll share the sauna space, then take a refreshing naked plunge into the pond. You'll enjoy three delicious meals a day, along with snacks, fruits, coffee, and tea. Accommodation is in shared rooms, but if you prefer a private room for an additional charge, please contact us.

If for some reason you become unable to attend, a €200 admin fee will be withheld and are non-refundable in any case. Once the 30 days before the event have passed, the total deposit of your ticket is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 15 days before the start date of event, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant and not included in the tuition rate. These fees are also non-refundable.
