This is a shamanic journey of death and rebirth in the sacred circle of the sisterhood. A journey into your body, into your psyche, and into your heart. Deep psychosomatic work on the basis of Gestalt therapy, bio-energetics, shamanic tantra and trauma work. This seminar has been a portal for many women around the world. Federica Clemente
is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, certified biodynamic craniosacral therapist, shamanic healer,
massage therapist, and certified Gestalt counselor.
She has been practicing and studying Mysore Ashtanga, Iyengar and other forms of yoga since 2002. She began practicing Vipassana meditation in 2004, and uses it as a very important tool to help others gain mindfulness into key aspects of living.
The beauty in her approach to helping others is rooted in the variety and knowledge that she has gained through her self-development journey. She has studied conscious movement, 5 rhythms dance, dance therapy and bioenergetics. With all her experience, she has developed her own integrated techniques: body-mind-heart medicine, and body soul movement. And, recently, she began to study and incorporate sacred sexuality and tantra into some of her work, especially with women. She has been working with women on self-development and successful transition through different life phases since 2009.
